It’s a four-week journey through the archetypal energies of Earth, Water, Air, and Fire!
Kick off the summer by joining me for this empowering evening series at Clary Sage Herbarium’s learning annex where we’ll explore expanded consciousness tools and techniques related to the body, emotions, mind, and spirit.
Each week is a stand-alone module, so you can take as few or as many as you like!
Classes meet Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 starting June 22nd and cost is just $16 each.
Each week’s class includes a guided meditation/visualization, consciousness tools and question/answer time dedicated to dissolving limitations in the realms of the four elements. You will definitely leave with some valuable ways to work the energy!
