In this class, you will learn the crucial self care and energy hygiene techniques for those in the healing arts. Learn how to keep your materials, tools, space, and precious self clear of negative energies so that you can:
- Work with more clarity, integrity and power
- Avoid taking on clients’ energies
- Prevent illness and burn-out
- Feel lighter in body/emotion/mind/spirit
- Have more detached compassion and ease
In this workshop, Tatiana will share tools and concepts, you will have direct experience of various processes, and there will be lots of time for discussion, questions, and exploration.
